There will probably be some changes and new hygiene measures, which we will implement with full responsibility, according to the legal requirements and beyond, always in line with the latest information. The spaciousness in and around our house is an enormous advantage for our guests. There are several resting places with countless possibilities to relax. The infinite view into the green in our garden and the surrounding mountains invites you to rest, relax and soak up the sun.

Everything you should know...

  • In the anticipation mailing you will receive a pre-check-in form. This saves you time, you can check in almost "contactless" and we make your arrival easier.
  • Unfortunately, we are not allowed to shake hands and hug, but we still welcome you with warmth and a smile... behind our mask.
  • In the hotel area you don't have to wear a mouth-and-nose protection. You can move freely in the whole area provided you keep the requested interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter. Otherwise we ask you to wear a mouth-and nose-protection.
  • For a carefree stay we provide disinfection facilities in the entire public area.
  • All items that we provide to our guests (such as bicycles or adapters) are disinfected before and after each use.
  • The daily cleaning of the rooms is adapted to the new hygiene standards and our chambermaids are, as always, very careful to pay attention to small details and to clean your room perfectly.

Enjoy in our restaurant...

  • For families and persons staying in the same room, there is no mask obligation at the table. The necessary distance between the tables is guaranteed (2 meters or 1 meter back to back). Our service staff are provided with the appropriate safety equipment. Nevertheless, you are in the best hands with them.
  • At the buffet we ask you to wear a mouth-and-nose protection and to disinfect your hands out of respect for the other guests - we hope you will understand.

Let your soul rest...

  • Our spacious open-air and indoor swimming pool are open to the public in accordance to the distance rule of 1 meter. This rule does not apply to people sharing the same room.
  • Our saunas (kelosauna, finnish saunasoft sauna and steam bath) can be used by reservation and individually or by people from the same family or by people staying in the same room. The saunas have a temperature of at least 60° and are cleaned after each use.
  • At our beautician Walli you can enjoy all massage and cosmetic offers as usual, in accordance to the new hygiene & safety regulations.
  • Our spacious garden of 6,500 square metres offers plenty of space and freedom to relax. The sunbeds loungers are placed in such a way that you not only have the minimum distance to your neighbour, but also much more space and privacy.

What can you experience...?

  • Shops, restaurants, bars and mountain huts have been open since 11 May.
  • The cable cars in South Tyrol are open since 25 May.
  • Public transport (bus, train, cable cars) is guaranteed and runs according to the regular timetable.
  • Museums and places of interest are open since 25 May.
  • It is not necessary to wear a mouth-and-nose protection when walking, hiking or doing outdoor sports. However, we advise you to always have a mask with you, because as soon as you meet other people, it is obligatory to put it on. Masks are required in all enclosed spaces, such as shops, public transport and museums.

And you should also know...

  • The above guidelines may change daily. We make every effort to keep you up to date in the best possible way. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that these measures will be in accordance with current guidelines upon your arrival.
  • Of course you can contact us a few days before your arrival to find out more about the current guidelines.
  • We ask for your understanding that you will not be able to use all our included services as usual. However we will do our best to make your holiday at Hanswirt carefree and exceptional.
