Everything you should know...

  • In the anticipation mailing you will receive a pre-check-in form. This saves you time, you can check in almost "contactless" and we make your arrival easier.
  • We ask you to show your GreenPass at reception as soon as you check in.
  • Unfortunately, we are not allowed to shake hands and hug, but we still welcome you with warmth and a smile... behind our mask.
  • In the hotel area we ask you to wear a mouth-and-nose protection. You can move freely in the whole area provided you keep the requested interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter.
  • For a carefree stay we provide disinfection facilities in the entire public area.
  • All items that we provide to our guests (such as bicycles or adapters) are disinfected before and after each use.
  • The daily cleaning of the rooms is adapted to the new hygiene standards and our chambermaids are, as always, very careful to pay attention to small details and to clean your room perfectly.

Information about gastronomy in South Tyrol...

  • Outdoor seating and indoor seating is possible without a CoronaPass. A Green Pass is required for consumption at tables indoors in the restaurant (hotel guests are exempt from this regulation). This means, as a hotel guest, you do not need a negative corona test for the restaurant.

Enjoy in our restaurant...

  • For families and persons staying in the same room, there is no mask obligation at the table. The necessary distance between the tables is guaranteed (2 meters or 1 meter back to back). Our service staff are provided with the appropriate safety equipment. Nevertheless, you are in the best hands with them.
  • At the breakfast buffet we ask you to wear a mouth-and-nose protection and to disinfect your hands out of respect for the other guests - we hope you will understand.

Let your soul rest...

  • Our spacious open-air and indoor swimming pool are open to the public in accordance to the distance rule of 1 meter. This rule does not apply to people sharing the same room.
  • Our saunas (kelosauna, finnish saunasoft sauna and steam bath) are open.
  • At our beautician Walli you can enjoy all massage and cosmetic offers as usual, in accordance to the new hygiene & safety regulations.
  • Our spacious garden of 6,500 square metres offers plenty of space and freedom to relax. The sunbeds loungers are placed in such a way that you not only have the minimum distance to your neighbour, but also much more space and privacy.

What you experience...?

  • Shops, restaurants, bars and alpine pastures are open, please inform yourself in advance about the opening hours.
  • The cable cars in South Tyrol are open, please inform yourself in advance at the reception.
  • Public transport (bus, train, cable cars) is guaranteed and runs according to the regular timetable.
  • Museums and sights are partly open, please inform yourself about the opening hours in advance.
  • When walking, hiking and doing outdoor sports, it is not necessary to wear a mouth-nose protection. It is compulsory to have a mask with you at all times and to wear it in all enclosed spaces. Outdoors, masks must be worn if the interpersonal distance of 1 metre cannot be maintained, and in any case when there are crowds of people.
