General terms and conditions

The prices listed are per person/day for an overnight stay in a double room or suite including VAT and a plentiful breakfast buffet featuring homemade regional delicacies. In addition, there is also the South Tyrolean tourist tax of EUR 3.10 per guest and night. Children/young people under the age of 14 are exempt.

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to reserve a specific room number or floor.

Payment options
You may pay your hotel bill in cash or by credit card. We accept all major credit cards except Diners Club, Booking Card, American Express and HRS Card. Please take note of your personal credit card and debit card limits whilst travelling abroad. Your credit card details will be stored for security purposes.

Arrival and departure
On the day of your arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 pm. On the day of
your departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 am.

Half board – changes & special options
Individual changes or special requests to the half board may be charged, depending on the effort involved, with a supplement of EUR 5.00 to EUR 20.00 per person per day.

For the preparation of a vegan half board, we charge a supplement of 100% on the respective half board price.

Parking
The hotel's outdoor parking spaces are free of charge. For a parking space in the underground car park, we charge EUR 15.00 per day (not insured). In order to secure a garage space, we recommend that you book it in advance when you make your room reservation.

For our four-legged friends
Dogs are welcome at our hotel. When making your booking request, please let us know that you intend to arrive with a dog. Please also bring a dog basket or dog blanket. Your four-legged friend can join you in the restaurant but is not permitted in the wellness area and garden. There is a surcharge of 35.00 EUR per day (excl. food) for the added cleaning efforts and a special final cleaning.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL CANCELLATION PROVISIONS

Unexpected things happen more often than you think. That is why we recommend taking out travel cancellation
insurance. Please be aware of the following cancellation conditions that apply for your convenience and ours:

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the agreed total price for the stay is required.
For cancellations up to 31 days before the arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded.
For cancellations up to 14 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the agreed total price will be charged.
However, this amount can be used for booking a new stay within 6 months from the cancellation date.
For cancellations from 5 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the agreed total price at the time of booking will be charged.
